Receive a Gift

Yay! You received a pair of Rothy's as a gift! But what if you need a different size, color, or style…

Return the Original Gift

Pop the original pair in the mail OR bring them in person to a Happy Returns Bar Location and get your return processed immediately. You will receive your new Gift Card via email within 24 hours of returning at a Happy Returns location.

Receive a Gift Card for a New Purchase

Once your return is received, we'll instantly email you a Rothy's Gift Card to choose your new size, color, or style. Get shopping!

Common Questions

How does a Gift Exchange work and what do I need to proceed?

We offer Gift Exchanges for any unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase. Select Gift Exchange on the Returns Page. You will need the Order number (it starts with an 8) and the zip code as it appeared on the original shipping label. Follow the Return process. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we'll instantly email you a Rothy's Gift Card to choose your new size, color, or style!

How do I send the original pair back?

Pop them in the mail. Please note Returns by Mail can take 10-15 days to be received and processed before you receive your Gift Card to purchase your new pair.

Will the gift giver know that it has been exchanged?

The Gift Giver is never notified if the exchange is processed as a Gift Return.

What if I decide to spend more than the voucher amount?

Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store's normal check-out methods.

What if the Purchaser bought my Gift at a discounted price?

We will refund you via a Gift Card the exact amount that was paid by the purchaser. If the purchaser used a discount code we can not apply that to your Gift Card Refund.
